Report a Game Cancellation, Request a Reschedule

In an effort to streamline our communications between coaches, field schedulers, ref schedulers and our players, please report all game changes (home and away), including weather related cancellations, here.
If they are not reported here, we cannot guarantee that all the necessary communications will happen.

**COACHES & TEAM MANAGERS ARE NOT TO ADD/EDIT/REMOVE GAMES IN
GAMECHANGER OR VIA THE TEAM DIRECTORY**

Our Master Schedule feeds the Team Directory, GameChanger and the Ref Scheduling Program.
If you add them, we cannot add them the system will show the team and the field as being busy.

To have your team families save a date for a possible reschedule, in GameChanger, the date as an "Other" event to communicate your tentative plan.

What To Do After You Game Reschedule Has Been Approved

You will receive a system-generated email of your new game date and time once it has been approved.
This email is your notice to:
1. Communicate the approval with the opposing team
2. Officially communicate the approval with your team
3. Verify the updated game appears in your team's GameChanger
