KMSL Communicable Disease Waiver
The KMSL communicable disease waiver must be signed prior to the participating in the first practice. Coaches will have hard copies at the first practice for parents to sign.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:
AT THIS TIME, PRACTICES ARE TO BE INDIVIDUAL SKILLS AND DRILLS AND SOCIALLY DISTANCED.
UPDATE: WE WILL BE FOLLOWING KMSL GUIDELINES. THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICE AUG 31-SEPTEMBER 4 WILL BE NO SCRIMMAGES OR GAMES. WAITING ON UPDATE FROM KMSL PRESIDENT. WE WILL BE FOLLOWING KMSL (kmsl is working to get clarification on games and scrimmage play from health dept). 8/30/20
Note: A waiver will need to be signed before the first day of practice, coaches have these to be signed. They have been emailed to be previewed to sign at first practice.
Note: Coaches, the SSC Board will provide you with hand sanitizer and ball cleaner
Note: There will be NO CONCESSIONS AT POLK FIELDS THIS FALL
