Report a Game Cancellation, Request a Reschedule


Game Cancellation/Reschedule Form


In an effort to streamline our communications between coaches, field schedulers, ref schedulers and our players, please report all game changes (home and away), including weather related cancellations, here.

Once we receive the information:
-We will update the Master Schedule in the system
-This will automatically update the schedule found under your Team Directory found on this website. 
-This will automatically update the schedule found in your GameChanger App
You may need to do a manual update - instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.
-This will automatically notify any assigned refs of the change so they know that they are no longer needed
-This will automatically notify the Ref Scheduler that there is a new game time to be assigned to a Ref.

-The information will go to the Practice Coordinator who will:
-Open your practice field (if applicable)
-Will close a practice field and notify the affected team (if applicable)

-We will email you a confirmation that your change has been processed

Changes to Your Schedule, the Team Directory and the GameChanger App

After a Coach/Team Manager completes the Game Cancelation and Reschedule Form, an Admin Support Volunteer will update that game in the Master Schedule.

  • From the Team Directory, you and your team will see that the game is marked as Cancelled, Postponed or Rescheduled.
  • From the GameChanger App, that game will have disappeared.

 

When a Reschedule has been approved, an Admin Support Volunteer will add the game as a New Match in the system.

  • You and your team will get a system-generated message indicating that a game has been added to your schedule. 
  • You will get a confirmation email outlining what additional steps need to be taken (if any). For example, you may need to notify the opposing team.

  • From the Team Directory, the new game will appear under your Calendar.
  • From the GameChanger App, nothing will appear until a member of your Team Staff does this:
     
  1. Open your GameChanger App and manually re-import your team's schedule from Sports Connect through the following steps:
  2. Select your team
  3. Select the gear icon to go into Team Settings
  4. Select Schedule Sync
  5. Select Re-Import Schedule
