A Current Staff Member Must:
Open the app
Click your current season
Click Team
Click the player associated with the parent you want to give rights to
Click Contacts
Click the Parent's name
Click Add to Staff
Have the New Staff Parent Close and Re-Open their App



For Coaches
Spring Season
Because our club's registration is for fall AND spring, you will still only see Fall 20XX for your teams listed. There should be no need to add or import a team! 
Once you get an email that your team's schedule has been posted, you *should* be able to go to the app and see your games listed by clicking the Fall 20xx associated with the current season.  

If you are a new coach/team manager, you many need to follow the Fall/New Coach/Team Manager Instructions listed below.

Fall/New Coach or Manager Set Up:

(If you are new to the Game Changer App, when creating an account, you must use the same email address you used to register your player for Slinger Soccer Club.)

Fall is when new rosters are created so this is when things will need to be activated in the app.

First, SSC needs to "post" your roster.
Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Managers will get an email that looks like this:


Next, the Head Coach, Assistant Coach OR the Team Manager needs to go to THEIR app and do the following in order for families to access their team information:

-Open the app
-In the upper right of your screen, click the "+".
-A "We Found Team(s) You Can Import" message should appear. 

OR
This will appear.  If it does, click the bottom option and follow the instructions to verify your email address.
Wait 10 minutes and try the "+" again. 


(If neither of these messages appear, contact [email protected] Please do NOT create a new team).

THEN
-Select the team/teams you want to import.
-Your roster(s) should appear and you can now contact your team via the app/email to welcome them to your team and to let them know they can now view information in the app.
-Once the game schedules are finalized by KMSL, they will be imported into the app for you - no need to manually enter them!

Families:
After one of your player's staff members logs into the app for the fall/new season, you will be able to view the information for your team by doing the following:

-Open the app
-In the upper right of your screen, click the "+".
-A "We Found Team(s) You Can Import" message should appear.  (If this message does not appear, please verify that the email you used to register your player for SSC is the same email you used in the app.  These must match in order to link the information to you.  If you have verified that your emails do in fact match and you are not seeing any information please contact [email protected])

-Select the team/teams you want to import.
-The information about your players coaches, team manager and team mates should appear.
--Once the game schedules are finalized by KMSL, they will be imported into the app for you. 
**See Sync Game Changer to Apple/Google Calendars for information on pulling your team calendar to your personal calendar. You can do this for all of your SSC Soccer Players. No need to manually enter all of that information.**
